On the left I was 210lbs, on the right I was 164lbs.
* I didn’t actually start losing weight until April 2012, when I weighed in at 220.5lbs..so I was even bigger than my “before” pic!
Since April of this year I have lost over 60lbs through healthy eating and exercise. I still have another 20-35lbs to go but I am confident I will get there and i’m glad I can say I worked hard for this and didn’t give up.
