while my arm was injured i just walked/jogged between 4 and 5 miles every day, now that its nearly recovered i have started back up with insanity but i’m sticking with month 1 exercises until its fully healed! :)
also this is my second weekend of staying in instead of clubbing…pretty proud of myself and thats 600+ additional calories i won’t need to worry about burning off tomorrow!
thanks. he walked me home a few weeks ago but now he won’t talk to me and he also made bets with some of his friends to see if they could get me to sleep with them (i just found this out last week) so i don’t want him in my life. i’m FINALLY getting over him! its kind of a blessing that he turned out to be such a jerk and i found out the extent of how low he’ll go. the only unfortunate thing is that hes spreading lies about me, but anyone who truly knows me/cares about me wouldn’t even consider believing them, so its all good. xo
continuing to work out with a sore arm wasn’t a great idea, there are no words to describe the pain i’m in :( i can’t even touch my upper arm and lifting anything heavier than my cell phone hurts.
guess i will stick with walking a few miles until it heals :(
